Just had a sip – the unadulterated maltiness is front and centre, with barley and straw notes. Shortbread sweetness mixes with apple skins and a touch of liquorice. It's like a good beer from the same roots, but richer. For your friends who haven’t tasted properly aged proper malt whisky yet, this might just win them over. 😊 Tastes of cornflakes and oranges, with muesli undertones – more muesli, really, in the best sense of that word. And yeah, there's snakes on the bottle, which is kinda fun. 🐍

Proper malty dram this 🥃 Loads of muesli, cornflakes and sweet barley, with a bit of straw and apple skin. There’s some shortbread, choccy, a tiny minty lift, and a wee liquorice twist. Feels honest, cosy, and nicely old-school.

Warm and easy-going 🥃 Bit of honey, soft oak, dried fruit and a wee peppery tingle. Feels cosy, like a rainy evening by the fire. Quite smooth, with a gentle sweet finish.

Just had a dram, pure warmth in me belly 🔥 Tastes like honey and smoke, bit of wood too. Reminds me of autumn walks, crisp air and bonfires. 🍂 Really smooth, not harsh at all. Got a lovely golden colour, looks proper nice in the glass 🥃 Fruitiness comes through after, maybe apple? Sweetish. Makes ye feel all cozy, like a wee hug from the inside. Proper good stuff, that. 👍

Right, so this one's proper lovely 🥃 Bit of honey and vanilla on the nose, kinda buttery like fresh bread. Getting some apple and pear too, maybe a touch of orange peel. Palate is smooth af, loads of caramel and butterscotch. There's this nice malty sweetness that just coats ur mouth 👌 Then the smoke comes in, not too heavy mind u, more like a gentle peatyness. Some woody spice, bit of cinnamon maybe? Finish is long, slightly nutty with dark chocolate notes. Leaves u wanting another sip for sure 😋 Honestly just a really well-balanced dram init. Would defs pour meself another one.
