First sip hit me like a wave of dark fruit and old wood, really punchy and immediate. 🌲 Got some serious spice in there – black pepper and aniseed mixing with that bitter dark chocolate. It's quite a beast, honestly. The finish is long, warming, with hints of leather and something strangely savoury, like Bovril or black olive tapenade. It's a big, bold dram that leans quite bitter and oaky. A bit too brutal for my taste, but undeniably singular. 💨

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of oak, honey, and some gentle spice. Feels smooth, slightly sweet, with a wee dry finish. Quite comforting, really.

Lovely wee dram 🥃 Feels warm and mellow, with a bit of honey, oak, dried fruit and gentle spice. A touch smoky at the end, but not too much — proper cosy stuff.

Alright, so this one... 🥃 Starts off smooth, oaky, like an old leather armchair. Then it gets interesting. A hit of carmel chery, like a posh black forest gateaux. 🍒 Then, vanilla ice cream with dark choclate drizzled. Class. There's a little dusting of cinnamon and sea salt on the finish, just lingers. A whisper of smoke at the very end. 👌 Seriously complex. My kind of dram.

Quite a delightful nose on this one - a mix of dark chocolate 🍫, vanilla, and a hint of orange peel. On the palate, there's a lovely honeyed sweetness 🍯 with some peppery kick and a touch of smoke. Finishes rather nicely with cinnamon and a bit of oak. Quite warming, this.
