刚开瓶那股子墨水味儿有点冲，但晃一晃杯子，居然飘出点新鲜酵母面包的香气，像清晨面包房刚开门那种。 👃 第一口喝着挺有存在感的，舌尖先碰到一点清凉的薄荷感，接着转成旧信箱里那种铁锈混合着老木头的气味，说不上多复杂但特别有意思。 📬 酒体不算厚，倒有点像质朴的农舍苹果酒，能尝出苹果皮的微酸和一点点纸板似的干燥感，朋友说这是“自然风”哈哈。 🍏 尾段突然温柔下来，白葡萄酒似的轻盈，回味里还留着葵花籽油般的润感，喉咙深处慢慢泛起白垩似的细腻。 👄 整体不算浓烈，但余味还挺长的，像翻一份泛黄报纸时带起的尘埃在阳光里飞，简单却莫名让人愉悦。 ✨

Just had a sip and it was excellent – kinda like white wine with lemon zest at first, very refreshing. The aftertaste lingered fairly long, bringing back memories of old apples and a whiff of seawater, which was cool. I got a bit of ink and cardboardy note, like an old newspaper or mailbox, giving this rustic farmhouse cider vibe. The texture was gentle and chalky, with oils that made me think of sunflower or rapeseed – smooth and delightful. Funny, it even reminded me of dog’s slobber in a weird way, but not bad at all. The distillate felt quietier overall, like fresh bread in the morning. Perfect for a daily dram. 😊

Feels coastal and a bit old-school 🌊 Like newspaper ink, sea air, sourdough, and sharp old apples. There’s a quiet peppermint lift, then white wine and rustic cider vibes. Simple, natural, slightly farmy… with a fairly long, briney aftertaste. Lovely stuff 🙂

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of honey, light oak and a wee touch of smoke. Feels smooth, mellow, and nicely comforting on a chilly evening. bit moreish, honestly.

Warm and a bit smoky, with honey, dried fruit and a wee peppery kick. Feels cosy rather than fancy — nice by the fire 🥃 Finish hangs about with oak and soft spice.
