刚倒出来是浅金色，闻着就像直接从果园里摘的🍏 苹果、苹果皮，还有新鲜锯末和烤面包酵母的味道，松木和橡木里透着一点薄荷的凉意。 喝起来先是有点粉感，但马上水果味就爆发了，苹果的酸、柠檬酒的甜，还有奶油般的果甜跟甘草木混在一起，结尾有薄荷叶的清爽。余味很长，橡木越来越重，水果的甜味一直留着，真的很过瘾🥃

Nose is all light gold and oak-forward, like a greenish barrel that's been sitting in a sunlit orchard. Fresh bread and baker's yeast hit me first, then apples and apple peel with a proper tart kick. Greengages and plums mingle in there, sweet but not cloying, while spearmint and mint leaves add a fresh, grassy twist. On the palate, it's creamy fruitiness with a hint of custard, and oakier than I expected – piney oak and liquorice wood running through it. Long finish, smooth and lingering, like the memory of a summer day. Superior quality, no doubt, just straight from the orchard to the glass. 🥃

First sip brings a zing of limoncello and apples' tartness, like biting into a crisp orchard fruit 🍎. There’s a creamy fruitiness with hints of custard and greengages, backed by a piney oak and fresh sawdust note that feels almost like walking through a lumberyard after rain. The finish is long, with a touch of liquorice wood and a subtle ginseng powder sparkle, leaving me thinking of fresh bread straight from the bakery. Nice and easy.

唔，这杯的颜色是漂亮的浅金色，闻起来有苹果皮和薄荷的清新感，底下还藏了点参粉那种草本气。 喝到嘴里先是有点粉粉的质感，接着蛋奶冻的甜香就上来了，混着点面包酵母味儿。后段甘草木的味道明显，带出些奶油般的水果甜，像突然走进果园似的。 收尾是明显的橡木气息，还有股新鲜锯末的味道，挺有存在感的 😊

Alright, poured myself a dram of this one and here's what came to mind... The colour is a lovely light gold in the glass. First sip, there’s this almost chalky texture that just arrives, you know? Then the fruitiness comes through, very creamy – think of greengages, plums, and apples, straight from an orchard. There's a tartness there, like apple peel, balanced by something like custard and a hint of fresh bread. I'm getting this minty thing too, like spearmint leaves, and maybe a little baker's yeast in the background. It’s got this refreshing limoncello vibe mixed with some ginseng powder and liquorice wood towards the finish. The oak is really forward throughout, giving it a solid structure. To be honest, it finishes with a taste that reminds me of fresh sawdust from a woodwork shop. A solid, complex pour. 🍎🌳
