This one's got a lovely pale gold colour in the glass. The nose is quite intriguing – I get this fresh, almost herbal note like pine resin and a touch of eucalyptus, but then it softens into ripe mirabelles and wild blueberries. There's a lovely beeswax quality too, and a hint of coastal freshness. On the palate, it's charming and uncomplicated. First comes that straight apple juice sweetness, then it moves into a malty, fruity and pastry-like profile – think cake batter and vanilla, with apricots peeking through. It's comfortably close to barley, clean, and lightly dusted with spices, maybe leaning towards pepper. The finish is fairly long and leaves you with that pleasant coastal note again. It's not utterly mind-blowing, but it's simply very good – very zen, very serene. A proper easy-going dram. 🍂

倒进杯里是那种pale gold的颜色，闻起来有熟透的apricots和wild blueberries的香气，混着cake batter的甜香，还有点straight apple juice的清新 :) 喝起来嘛，malty的底子很稳，舒适地贴近barley的本味，干干净净的。接着能感觉到一点coastal freshness，很淡，像海风吹过。中间还跳出些mirabelles和apricots的果味，整体fruity and pastry-like profile，但不会甜腻。 收尾的时候有lightly dusted with spices，微微的pepper感，还有点eucalyptus和pine resin的清凉，让整个酒喝起来charming and uncomplicated，又很serene。 总的来说是一杯wonderfully gentle Highland Park，算不上mind-blowing，但classic HP character在这里展现得很充分，喝着就是very zen，很舒服。

倾倒入杯的时候就闻到了野蓝莓和杏子的果酱香，带点松针的清新感。喝下去像含着一颗裹了糖霜的苹果软糖，慢慢化开来是香草蛋糕面糊和蜂蜡的温柔甜感。尾调有些胡椒的微辛，但被海风般的清爽完全托住，收尾干净又悠长。 浅金色的酒液在杯里晃着，总觉得像在嚼一片刚出炉的杏仁酥饼。偶尔飘出点桉叶和香料的幽香，特别适合放空发呆的午后。经典风味还是那么稳，但整体轻盈得让人舒服，像坐在海边礁石上吹风。🐝

Poured this one neat, quite a lovely dram to unwind with. Pale gold in the glass, smells like a walk through an orchard – straight apple juice and apricots, maybe a hint of those mirabelles. There’s a gentle beeswax and pastry note underneath, very serene. Taste-wise it’s charming and uncomplicated. Starts fruity, then leans towards pepper and gets a light dusting of spices. I get this little coastal freshness, like a sea breeze, with something almost eucalyptus-like. There’s a tiny note of small whelk and pine resin right at the back? Odd but nice. Not utterly mind-blowing, but simply very good – easy to sip. The finish is fairly long, leaving a warm, waxy sweetness. Really pleasant. 😊

Nosing it, you get that lightly dusted spice straight away and then the classic gentle heather-and-honey soul just shines through, proper coastal freshness. Eucalyptus and pine resin hang around, but it’s all leaning towards cracked pepper rather than bonfire. Not utterly mind-blowing that way, but wonderfully gentle — like a very serene, very zen Orcadian morning. The taste is surprisingly fruity and pastry-like, straight apple juice, wild blueberries and a whiff of cake batter before the malty barley comes through, comfortably close and warming. There’s apricots, mirabelles, and a lick of beeswax, and right at the back, a tiny whisper of small whelk shell — briny, almost shy. Finish is fairly long, still that pine resin and coastal air lingering. Simply very good. 🌊🍏🫐✨
