倒了小半杯闻起来有点像核桃酒，混着一股旧书架似的广藿香，挺特别的。抿一口，先是黑巧克力裹着咖啡豆的香气，还带点糖渍樱桃的感觉？ 后调居然飘出一丝烟草和香草冰淇淋的混合味，像极了小时候闻过的香薰蜡烛。尾韵里泛起淡淡的黑茶涩感，和卡布奇诺的奶沫似的，略带醋意。 整体有些老茶壶泡久后的谷物味，甚至尝出了点青核桃皮的生涩。说实话对谷物威士忌来说…这个层次感有点让人意外，算得上惊艳吧 😮

刚倒进杯子里就闻到一股老茶壶泡过浓茶的那种味道，混着麦芽饼干的香气。还以为会很烈，结果喝下去居然挺顺滑的。 能尝出点红茶似的涩感，但底下藏着奶油糖的甜。突然有一瞬间像是舔了下旧木工房的柜子——不是难闻的那种，是带点木头和旧时光的味道。 后面慢慢泛上来的，有点像小时候闻过的那种复古发油，还混了一点点香醋的酸。最奇妙的是尾韵，简直像在抽雪茄的同时吃了一口香草冰淇淋，烟草和甜味居然混得挺和谐。 整体感觉有点像把朗姆酒、麦芽威士忌和雪莉酒乱炖了一锅，但炖得还挺高级。喝完喉咙里留着一丝类似核桃壳的香气，还有点说不清的草本甜，很持久。 今天这杯真是越喝越有东西，有点上头 😶‍🌫️

Warm and a bit honeyed at first, with soft oak and a wee hint of spice. Feels cosy rather than showy — dried fruit, vanilla, and a gentle smoky edge 🥃 Nice slow sipper for a chilly evening.

Blimey, that first sip hits you with a smoky punch, a bit like a bonfire. But then it softens, gettin' this lovely sweetness of honey and toffee. 🥃 Finish is long and warmin', feel it right down to your toes. Sometimes there's a hint of fruit, maybe apples or pears. Proper comfort in a glass, especially on a rainy day! 😊

Ahh, this one's got a real peaty kick to it 🔥 Like sitting by a bonfire on a damp evening. There's some sweetness there too - maybe like dried fruit or a bit of honey? It's warm, lovelly stuff.
