Quite a bright little dram, really. I got pineapple and pear first, then a softer banana and brioche thing underneath, with a bit of vanilla keeping it cosy. There’s a wee oily feel, almost rapeseed oil, and a funny savoury edge like artichoke with a nice sulphury whiff. It does fade a bit after a while, but I still liked it 🙂
