Had a dram the other night that just felt... easy, y’know? Nice body to it, not too heavy. The first thing that hit me was this cinnamon cake vibe – obligatory cinnamon, sure, but not over the top. Vanilla’s there, but not any longer than the others, if that makes sense. Rather appealing. Got a proper amber glow, clean and simple. Apricots and overripe apples danced around, pleasantly fruity without being jammy yet not cloying. There was something almost like sweet corn or maple syrup underneath, but it stayed even fresh, not too sweet. Rather satisfying, actually. Just a little simpler and smoother than some I’ve had, with that rye kick giving it a bit of backbone. Not a bad combo overall 🥃

Cracked open a dram last night and I’m still thinking about it. The pour’s a lovely amber, and the nose hits you with ripe plums and apricots—like a fruit crumble left out too long, but in a good way. There’s a hint of dandelions and sweet corn, oddly enough, but it works. On the tongue, it’s smooth, with that obligatory cinnamon kick, not too vanilla-ed, thank God. A touch of cinnamon cake and zwetschke (whatever that is—it’s like tart cherry meets plum) keeps it interesting. The body’s nice and jammy, not cloying, and the rye’s got a clean, easy finish. Rather satisfying, actually. Simple, but not boring—like a caramel apple with a splash of maple syrup. Definitely a Tincup style vibe, if that’s your thing. Not a bad combo at all, and the fruit notes linger pleasantly. Pretty good juice for the price, if you catch my drift 🥃

Oh, this one’s a proper little gem—nice and easy to drink, not overpowering at all. That amber hue just screams summer, and the first sip’s got this fresh, clean bite, like a crisp morning after rain. Then it opens up with these juicy, jammy notes—overripe apples and peaches, almost like you’re biting into a warm apple cake fresh from the oven. A touch of vanilla’s there, but it’s not too sweet, just enough to make it all feel cosy, like a slice of cinnamon cake with a drizzle of maple syrup. The rye side gives it a bit of a Tincup-style edge—just a hint of spice, not too sharp, and the whole thing’s got this pleasingly fruity richness. Ripe plums and those little black plums (zwetschke) pop through, like a glass of decent cider but smoother. Not cloying at all, just nicely balanced—simple but satisfying, like a proper afternoon with a good book and a cup of tea. Easy to drink, easy to enjoy. 🍏🍯

Picked this up on a whim and honestly, it's pretty easy going. Sweet corn and vanilla come through straight away, got a nice body to it — not thin at all. There's this ripe plums and overripe apples thing happening, kinda reminds me of cinnamon cake from the bakery down the road. Obvious cinnamon is there, naturally, with some maple syrup sweetness underneath. Oh and dandelions? Weirdly yeah, there's a little floral thing in the background. Quite pleasant actually. Smoother than I expected tbh. Simple, clean, but pleasantly fruity. Rye spice gives it a bit of backbone which I appreciate. Not the most complex thing I've had but honestly, rather satisfying for what it is. Pretty good juice for a weeknight dram 👍
