Well, that first sip is a real lemony attack, sharp and incisive. It then mellows into these glorious cooked orchard fruits – lots of baked apples and a lovely apple and quince compote vibe. I’m getting some beeswax and a hint of ground cinnamon, too. There's a touch of pears and plums in there, nicely balanced. It’s a very, very lovely thing, fruity and almost like a mead or a fruity beer. Not overly complex, but just a well-balanced, absolutely beautiful dram. There’s maybe a faint hint of cardboard on the very end, but the medium length finish is all cooked fruits and a touch of flint. A proper cracker of a pour. 😊

刚倒出来就闻到一股柠檬皮似的清爽，有点sharp，像咬了一口青梨🍐 喝起来居然是full-on mead的甜润，但转眼又变成苹果和榅桲做的果酱，glorious cooked orchard fruits那种暖呼呼的滋味 中间突然跳出点damson tart的酸，底下还藏着ground cinnamon的微微辛香…就像在喝某种fruity beer，但更complex一丢丢 收尾有点flint似的矿物感，淡得几乎抓不住。整体not overly complex，可这种苹果梨子的甜美实在太讨喜了，very, very lovely thing 🥂 要说的话…perhaps not one of the great老酒，但眼前这杯gold色的液体，让我想起夏天傍晚那杯冰镇果啤的快乐✨

Oh blimey, this one's got a proper smoky vibe, innit? Like, a bit o' bonfire and toffee mixed in. Tastes kinda like autumn, with some sweet honey sneakin' through. 🍯 A tad spicy at the end, makes ya wanna sip slow. 😊 Right smooth, not too harsh. Just lovely.

Pours glass, swirls it around Right, so first thing I get is this lovely warm smell—like toffee and dried fruit, maybe a bit of apple? Then there's this deeper, woody note underneath, kinda like an old bookshelf. Sips Oh that's nice. Smooth on the tongue, not too burny. A bit of vanilla and spice—cinnamon maybe?—and just a touch of dark chocolate at the end. Leaves a warm, lingering finish, like embers glowing in a fireplace. 👍 Quite comforting, this one. Makes me think of a cozy evening by the fire.

Right, poured myself a dram. On the nose, I'm gettin' this lovely 🌼 floral thing, like summer garden, but then a bit of that smoky 🌲 peat comes through, not overpowering, mind. Thay call it "gentle smoke," I reckon. 🥃 Palate-wise, it's proper smooth. First hit is like 🍯 honeyed malt, then some 🔥 warm spice kicks in, maybe cinnamon? And there's a touch of 🍊 zesty citrus liftin' it up. It's got a nice, slightly oily mouthfeel. The finish is where it lingers. A long, warm glowin' finish with that smoke comin' back softly, and a bit of 🍂 dry oak. Quite morish, thay is. Defo one for sippin' slowly. 👍
