Blimey, this one’s absolutely off the charst 🥃 The trick is tricky with it, hits you with all the superlatively fruity bomb first – fruit-bombs of mangos, maracuja, papayas, even green bananas and those sweet pure pink ones just explode on the palate. Got that sweet grenadine zip, then hints of honeysuckle and lime blossom to brighten it all up, bit of creamy almond milk and that sharp grape pip oil kicks in too. Lovely tiny touches of earth to stop it being too OTT, finish is long, more herbal, leafy, just gold in a glass tbh. Just superb, no notes needed.

Aye, this dram’s got a right bang of tropical fruit to it — think mounds of ripe papayas and mangoes crashing into huge, juicy oranges 🍊. There’s this pure pink bananas thing going on too, sweet and a bit funky, like they’ve been left in the sun just long enough. The gold colour’s proper inviting, and the nose? Blimey, it’s ueber-fruity — like someone’s shoved a basket of fruit-bombs under your nose, but there’s also a whisper of lime blossom and honeysuckle keeping it fresh. It’s got that non-destemmed marc depth to it, earthy and rich, with lovely touches of soil and Melissa tea lingering. The texture’s oilier than expected, almost like sunflower oil’s been swirled in, but in a good way. At first it’s all bananas 🍌 and maracuja, but then it gets a bit leafier — not too leafy though, just enough to keep things interesting. The finish is long and more herbal, reminiscent of those indie Bushmills you’d find in a cosy pub back in the day. Proper special, this one. Just superb.

First sip hits with this brilliant sharpness and clarity, like a crisp morning in the Highlands 🥃. There's a lovely lime zest tang dancing around, reminds me of those old Cooley days – perfectly bitter but in a good way. The grassiness is vivid, almost like cut grass after rain, layered with some nicely bitter herbs and a hint of lemongrass. It's wonderfully thick on the tongue, that oily texture giving it a slick feel, but balanced with a knife-edge precision. I get flashes of white stone fruits and big juicy fruits, maybe even a touch of that New Zealand sauvignon blanc acidity. The restraint is key here – not overpowering, just enough to let the Irish malts sing through. A bit of waxed lemon peel lingers, along with something almost like olive oil or salad dressing. Chalky undertones and a subtle wine must note make it quite complex, but still very enchanting. Finish has that terrific length, a superb arrival that’s both punchy and refined. Proper dram, this – Great stuff.

Took a sip and wow, huge oranges and mangos hit first, proper juicy. Then this herbal kick, like a long, more herbal finish with hints of Melissa tea and lime blossom. The texture's a bit creamy from the sunflower oil and almond milk, makes it smooth. Grenadine adds a sweet touch, and the grape pip oil gives this earthy undertone. Pure pink bananas and papayas pop through too—unusual but lovely. It's superlatively fruity, maybe the fruitiest I've had. Just a superb dram, really. 🍊✨

Then there's this lovely honeysuckle and lime blossom floating around, super floral. It's superlatively fruity, you know, with maracuja and papayas popping up, even a hint of green bananas. The trick is tricky, but so smooth, almost like gold in your mouth. Long and more herbal on the finish, with drops of non-destemmed marc adding a leafy, earthy touch. A bit of grape pip oil gives it that rich texture, and lovely touches of earth and almond milk sneak in. Just superb! 😊
