我刚刚尝到了这瓶绝妙的威士忌 🥃，首先它有一个非常香甜的口感，像 freshly baked brioche一样香甜。接着又有一种淡淡的海盐味道，感觉就像走在海边一样，非常 briny 和 coastal。然后又有一种烟熏的橙子味道，像 smoked lemon juice一样，非常醒目。整体来说它非常 balance 和 firm，非常不错！我感觉它有一个非常活跃的果味，非常 sharp 和 wonderful。还有一个非常酷的梅西卡风味，很像梅西卡啤酒的烟熏气味。总之，它是一瓶非常不错的威士忌，非常推荐！

A lovely dram tonight – the nose hits you with this brioche sweetness, almost like toasted bread slathered in vanilla, then a bright lemony kick that’s more zesty than sharp. There’s a hint of tangerines dancing around, not too sweet, with a briny, coastal edge that makes me think of sea spray on a windswept shore. On the palate it’s firm but rounded, the smoke here’s gentler than some – not medicinal at all, just a soft ember glow wrapping around the fruitier notes. A dash of salt lingers, mixing with mint and this mellow mezcal-like depth. The finish is wonderful, leaves you with a warm, balanced warmth, like a well-aged hug in a glass. Definitely one where the fruits and smoke play nice, no rough edges, just smooth sailing. 🥃

Phew! Cask strength hits hard – too strong at first, with ethanol burning a bit. The smoke is heavy, and there's this medicinal quality, almost like mercurochrome. But underneath, a citrusy note sneaks through. The finish is long, tarry, and sweetens up with Demerara sugar. Quite the ride! 😅

今天的这杯，第一感觉是烟熏柠檬汁的味道好特别，烟熏感不会太重，反而有点像 mezcal 的那种烟熏但更柔和。 喝起来很平衡，有点 firm，但意外地 round。能感觉到海边那种 briny 的咸味，混着 brioche 面包的甜香和一丝 strw 的味道。🍓 对了，还有一丝薄荷的清凉感藏在里头，整体变得更 fruitier，成熟度也够了。收尾有点 ink 般的深沉，但立刻被 coastal 的咸鲜和淡淡的柠檬皮香接住。 真的很 wonderful，像傍晚在海边小屋喝到的完美一杯。🌊✨

Oh this is lovely. First thing I get is this coastal, briny hit — like standing by the sea with a bit of wind in your face 🌊 Then it opens up with something rounder, almost creamy. There's vanilla in there, and a touch of brioche, like a warm bakery on a Sunday morning. The tangerines come through too, quite zesty but not sharp in a harsh way. What surprised me was this mezcal-like smokiness, very gentle though, kind of like a distant campfire. And right at the back there's a dash of salt and a hint of mint that keeps it refreshing. The straw-gold colour is beautiful in the glass, and honestly it just feels... balanced. Like everything's in the right place. There's a maturity to it that I really enjoy 🥃 Ended up pouring a second dram without even thinking about it.
