说实话，第一感觉有点喝IPA那意思了，带点微苦的花香和果皮香。 挺蜂蜜的，但不是特别甜腻那种，有点像早餐蜂蜜涂在蛋糕、司康上的感觉。 质感偏油润，口感挺扎实的，比之前喝的15年和18年都感觉更饱满。 能喝到橘子、蜜瓜，还有点石榴的果味，后面是蜂蜡和花粉的那种感觉，有点东方糕点的甜香。 整体麦芽风味比较明显，至于黑麦…还在琢磨，好像不太明显。 酒精感压得挺好，虽然只有43%，但喝着挺扎实，层次也融得不错，不会伤人。 就是偶尔会闪过一丝类似水果烈酒的气息，不过瑕不掩瑜。 总的来说，是一杯挺不错的酒 😊

Nose is lovely and citrusy – orange blossom and tangerines jumping out, with a hint of cantaloupe. 🍊 Palate feels solid and honeyed, like breakfast honey mixed with oriental pastry. Feels firmer than you'd guess at just 43%. Definitely made this with care. Finish is medium, some beeswax and pollen floating around. A tad too eau-de-vie-ish for my taste, but hurt no one. Good body all the way through. Really good drop altogether! Nicer than those earlier 15 and 18 year olds. The rye? Hardly noticeable, still wondering a bit. Just blends perfectly, with a vibe of IPA. 🍯
