Poured a soft gold, looked lovely enough, but the nose was not exactly inviting. First sip felt a bit rougher than I’d hoped, more rustic affair really. I was waiting for that umami to show on the palate, but honestly not much umami came through. Finish was fairly long, though rather uninspiring. Bit of a “No comprendo mucho” dram for me 😅 Might pop into Kei’s one day and see what the fuss is about properly.
