What a delight this little number is! Ashy and coastal straight away, with sea water, damp chalk, green apples and a wee oyster shell thing going on. There’s lemon, green pepper, olives, even a touch of white wine, then that subtle sweet edge pops up like tiny berries or rowanberry spirit. Long, clean, smoky finish, pure and precise really 🙂
