Honestly, this one's like a breath of fresh air – uber-clean, hardly any oaky vibe at all. First sip brings back memories of tinned pineapples and a splash of pear juice, really refreshing. There's a graininess underneath, with hints of yellow wild flowers, and it's got a tad more lemony kick than I expected. Super fruity, but not overdone – almost like a good white wine, you know? The finish is long, with this austere, porridge-like earthiness that makes me think of ash, but it all balances out well. Some say it's extremely close to cask #359, and I get that – it's clean and fruity, perfect for a summer dram. Just not on very hot days, 'cause it can feel a bit peeling then. Overall, a solid, clean fruit bomb that's okay on its own but works great chilled. 👍
