今天开了瓶，闻着有点克制的果香，像是把夏天果园晒在阳光下的味道。🌞 喝起来平衡感真不错，谷物香气打底，慢慢透出些黄色野花的清新。要是柠檬味再突出一点点就更棒了… 喝到后面橡木的层次才显出来，尾韵拖得长长的，收尾特别干净。适合当夏日午后解乏的那个杯子。🌼 对了，隐约有点淡淡的灰烬感，混在果香里还挺特别的。

Right, so this one’s got this really lovely clean fruitiness to it – loads of whole pears and tinned pineapples, sort of like a fancy pear juice mixed with something zestier. There’s this yellow wild flower thing in the background too, and it’s just so well put together, you know? Good balance all round. It feels quite restrained at first, really fresh and almost like a crisp white wine. Then after a moment, the oak gently comes through, but it’s not oaky or woody in an obvious way – it’s more like a soft, grainy warmth. There’s a hint of lemony zest and something porridge-like that gives it a bit of depth. For me, it’s just a perfect summer malt – clean, fruity, not too heavy, with this long, slightly austere finish that keeps it interesting. Just lovely. 😊

Ah, this whisky's got a right smoky kick to it, innit? 🥃 On the nose, a bit o' peat and maybe some honey. Palate's smooth as, with a spicy edge. Finish warms ya up proper nice. Just love how it lingers, aye! 😊
