刚倒了一杯，先闻是晒透的hay混着鲜grass味，还有点grassy cavalry那冲劲儿🥃 刚抿一口，先是fierce的劲儿上来，pungent得很，还有点mint凉丝丝的，接着出williams pears的甜，混着quinces的酸香，后面有strong black茶的苦香，搭着walnut skins的干爽，还有点sawdusty的旧木质感 那股quick的辛辣散的特别快，尾韵飘着点floral notes，还有vanilla的软甜，越喝越圆润，整体喝下来觉得perfect，下午配块约克郡布丁刚好👍

Just had a dram and it hit quick, almost like a strong black tea you’d sip at lunch. The nose pops with grassy cavalry and a bit of dandelion, then mellowes into a rounded, golden honeyed swirl with maple syrup and a hint of walnut skins. Mid‑palate brings in hay, willy‑spear pears and a touch of quinces, while a faint sawdusty edge and green pepper keep it interesting. There’s a decent oaky tone that’s a tad drying, but the floral notes and a whisper of mint balance it nicely. Finish is rather long, earthy and a little pungent, leaving a pleasant after‑glow. 🍂🥃

This dram’s got a proper golden glow, like sunlight through old glass. The nose hits you first with a minty kick and something sharp, almost green pepper – not sure I’m keen on that, but it’s there. There’s a sweetness from maple syrup underneath, and a bourbony warmth that’s comforting, like a strong black tea with honey. The taste is rounded, maybe even rounder than I expected, with earthy, sawdusty tones that remind me of a barn in late summer. Oaky, though – a bit too drying, leaves your mouth feeling like sandpaper. Lingering herbal notes, bit of dandelions and bitter herbs, but the finish is rather long. Two sides to this one – it’s fierce in places but settles into something quite smooth. Not bad, not bad at all. 🥃

Blimey, this whisky's got a right unique flavour profile 🤯! Got a bit of a pungent kick to it, like a freshly cut grass 🌿. But then it's all smooth and bourbony, with a hint of vanilla and a drizzle of maple syrup 🍁. It's like a battle between two sides, the fierce and floral notes clashing with the earthy, oaky tones 🌸. But somehow it works, like a strong black tea on a chilly morning ☕️. There's a bit of green pepper and mint in there too, which adds a nice freshness 🌱. And just when you think it's all getting a bit too drying, the williams pears and walnut skins come in to round it all off 🍐. Not bad, not bad at all 🙌. It's a bit of a grassy cavalry charge, but in a good way 🐎! Quick finish, but the bitter herbs linger on, like a dandelion clock blowing in the wind 🌼. Proper nice, if a bit sawdusty 😊.
