Colour’s a pale straw, quite easy-going. Nose is actually rather nice — a little lemon, vegetable oil, and the faintest smoky touch. Doesn’t feel too weak at 43%, neither too hollow nor too mute, and thankfully not overly sweet. Bit of lemony brightness saves the day 🍋 Finish is a bit short, perhaps, but for a decent budget dram it’s got a funny little Gustav Klimt gilded shimmer to it. Not bad at all.
