Lovely golden pour, quite malty straight away, with apples, cider and a bit of orange drifting in. Neat felt nicer to me, fuller and more settled. There’s a bready, cakey thing going on, then a wee sharp apple-spirit kick, citrusy hops and a faint rubbery bitterness at the edge. Finishes leafy and a touch tense, but in a rather classy everyday way 🙂

嘿，这杯颜色真漂亮，金灿灿的✨ 闻起来有点像苹果梨子的味道，让我想起以前喝过的苹果酒。仔细闻还有点樱桃白兰地那种果香。 喝起来第一感觉是蜂蜜和蛋糕的甜，麦芽味挺明显。不过有意思的是，仔细品好像能尝到一点点啤酒花的苦味，像喝IPA似的。 放一会儿再闻，香气有点变化，好像还带点像胶水又像皮革的怪味？但不讨厌。尾韵挺长的，留着一点点茴香和焦糖的味道。 整体感觉挺不错的，层次挺丰富 👍

Right, first sip? Properly rich. Like, dark honey with a hint of... peanuty toast? 🥃 And then it gets all cosy, a bit of firey spice right at the back. Bloody lovely, that. Finish is long. Leaves you with this sweet, earthy vibe, sort of like... damp wood after rain. A real autumn dram. 🔥 Just me, or is there a note of, like, blackcurrant jam in there? Hard to pinpoint. Good stuff, anyhow. 👍
