刚倒出来就是一阵gloriously fruity的冲击，简直bewilderingly fruity到让人发笑😄 感觉不是在喝威士忌，倒像是混合了pink grapefruit和lime的fruit juice，还带着点tropical flashbomb的劲儿。 过一会儿有点rapeseed oil和waxy的质地，联想到用waxed citrus rinds擦过的老式皮鞋，有点leathery notes但意外地舒服。中间突然闪过hoppy IPA vibes和ales的清爽，混着parsley的清新，层次有点simple却hugely fun。 收尾medium in length，最后留下mocha coffee和cocoa的微苦，像刚吃了mashed exotic fruits后喝了口加奶的咖啡。整体sublime又giddiness-inducing，带着seawater般的咸鲜收尾——这酒简直像个coming over the hill的活力小子，闭上眼前段却后劲十足！

Gentle peppery notes give it freshness, and I get mocha coffee and hoppy IPA vibes – totally exuberant. There's even a hint of seawater, which is weird but cool.
