倒上一杯先放一放，得有点耐心。第一口是那种结实的麦芽味，混着一点大黄的酸甜，像小时候吃的糖果 🍬 多醒一会儿就出来了烤过的苹果，更熟一点的那种，还有点煤烟的质感，挺特别的。后头喉咙那里泛上来像甘草糖的木质香。 到后面会尝到一些柚子和柑橘的清爽，但果味不是很突出，藏在里头。整体挺有力的，收尾很长，有点像老式油漆的余味——别怕，是那种温暖的木头漆味。 倒几滴水进去又不一样了，一下子更圆润，有淡淡的泥土感浮出来，还带点绿苹果和柠檬的轻快劲。唔，像 Cadenhead 那种风格，得慢慢喝才能喝全味道，喝急了可能就错过了。 耐心等它开，值的 🥃

开瓶后先闻到点雪莉桶的甜香，混着些大黄和橘子皮的气息 🍊 喝第一口觉得果味有点藏着掖着，不太张扬 放一会儿或者加点水会打开些，变得圆润 中段能尝到淡淡的坚果和香蕉味，隐约有点甘草木的底子 整体不算很复杂，但有种温和的麦芽感 回味挺长，带点炖水果和熟苹果的余韵 需要点耐心，慢慢喝会更舒服 😌 偶尔能捕捉到一点蜡质感，像老式家具的漆味 不过一晃神又溜走了 最后嘴里留着蜜瓜般的清甜，挺适合闲暇时小酌 🍈

Bit of varnish at first, then green apples, peach and lemon 🍋 Takes a while, but gets rounder with riper apple, melon and a wee hint of papaya. There’s a faint earthy thing I nearly missed, plus barley, liquorice wood and a touch of soot. Quiet fruit, but pretty powerful, with a long, dry finish.

Right then, let’s have a wee sniff of this dram. Nose is pure honey’d caramell 🍯 and stewed orchard fruts, maybe a whisper of dried peel. First sip’s propper rich — toffee, a flicker of spice 🌶️, and some dark chocolate nibs. Finish is long and warm, with a smidge of oaky vanilla that just lingers lovely. Not half bad, that. 🥃

Ooh, right then! 🥃 Had a sip of this one – starts off kinda sweet, like toffee or honey, then hits you with a bit of smokiness that just lingers. 😊 It's proper smooth, not too harsh, with a touch of oak and maybe some fruitiness, like dried apples or summat. 👍 Warms you right up, it does – perfect for a chilly evening. Could do with a bit more punch, but still lovely. 😄 Aye, gets better as it sits, I reckon. 🙌
