First sip: it’s like a deep amber splash, almost too rich to bite at. A bit of salt‑tainted treacle and a whisper of baked prune pop up, then a sharp, freshly brewed espresso cut through, giving it that stone‑cold bite as if a bone‑dry VORS overlayed it. It’s heavy enough to feel like a big, chunky beast, but every gulp pulls back just enough to linger on the edge of “just right”. ☕️🍫

This one’s a proper mouthful – deep amber, just like the last light of dusk. It hits you first with this boozy tiramisu richness, sweet and boozy all at once, then that gamey kick sneaks in, reminds me of venison stew simmering on the hob. There’s something earthy in here, like an old sherry cellar or bone barrow left out too long – in a good way, mind. The chocolate’s there, proper dark and salty, with a whisper of chipotle heat that makes your lips tingle. Sweeter notes fight with a bone-dry sherry bite, and you get this long, earthy finish that lingers like a campfire smoke. Stewed prunes and dark fruit chutneys mingle with toasted walnuts and salted liquorice – odd combo, but it works. It’s powerful stuff, not for the faint-hearted. Expensive as it oughta be, with a camphor sharpness cutting through the treacle depth. Bitter, drier, more intense than I expected – but somehow balanced. Like eating pickled walnuts and drinking espresso at the same time. Beast of a dram, this. 🥃

哇，这酒劲儿真大！刚喝一口就有种被拽进去的感觉——像是盐渍甘草混着焦油，还有种很深的泥煤味，带点腌核桃的酸涩。 唔…中段突然冒出肉汤和骨髓的油润感，野味十足啊 🤔 但奇妙的是它居然能保持平衡，偶尔跳出些黑巧克力和烤核桃的香气。 余味太长了，最后停留在海盐颗粒感和一点干辣椒的刺痛上。虽然整体很重口，但那些藏在角落的果脯甜味又让它…很难说它不好 👍

This one hits you like a proper dark amber beast, bone dry but with a sherry kick that’s hard to argue with. The first sip’s all game and beef stocks, deep and earthy, then it pulls back to reveal these fantastic arrival notes of stewed prunes and dark fruit chutneys. There’s a salted liquorice edge and camphor tang that’s oddly brilliant, while the toasted walnuts and freshly brewed espresso grounds remind me of a proper old balsamic finish. Teeters on the brink of being too much with those tar extracts and very dark chocolate bits, but the balance is spot on. Flecked with sea salt and a hint of chipotle chilli – more powerful than expected, yet somehow it works. A proper dram for a chilly evening.

昨天喝了一瓶真的超级强势的威士忌 😌。首先是入口时的巧克力味道真是太惊艳了，感觉像一记闷雷就一下子炸开了。随后是浓郁木质味，简直像刚刚开锣的古典小提琴。然后我还能闻到一点儿浓缩的肉骨头汤、咸果酱什么的，这让我想起我小时候妈妈做的那些家常菜 😋。 这种威士忌的浓度真的是够呛，难得喝完还不会感到有点儿干舌头 🤯。但好在它并没有完全失去甜美的一面，倒不说甜美了点儿，总的来说这个酒的味道是相当耐人寻味的，尤其是在我品尝到它的木质层次和咖啡时，简直像开了个小小的艺术展览 🎨。 而后续的余味则带来了一个深刻的回响，一种令我无法言语、让人心醉的深刻沉静感。简直太出色了！
