🥃 Honestly this one’s a bit all over the place right off the bat, y’know? Super raw, slightly muddy on the palate, no big punch at first. Then all these bright citrus hits come through - bags of grapefruits, lime, lemon, even a hint of lemongrass, plus that sharp sauvignon blanc-esque tang. There’s this weird dry medicinal twang too, like popping an Aspirin tablet, mixed with wet wool, light smokiness and touches of earthy clay. Hidden under that you get soaked barley, soft dairy cream, hints of gooseberries and white wine richness. Finish goes on for ages, proper long finish, but it lacks a bit of impact and precision? Still feels very 1993 style whisky, super acidic and immediate on the attack, just a bit unrefined. Unusual one for sure, not your everyday dram.

老实说第一口就冲着我来了，那股酸味挺明显，让我想起葡萄柚和青柠的混合体 🤔 说不上特别锋利，但带着种生涩的raw感，有点像没熟透的柠檬。 中间那阵湿羊毛的味道挺有意思，混着一点泥土气息，让我想起小时候闻过的消毒水。 尾调倒是长，留在嘴里的烟熏味慢慢化成柠檬草和白葡萄酒的错觉。 整体来说有点散，但意外地有层次——像颗不太规矩的酸味硬糖。 喝到后面居然浮现一点阿司匹林药片的味道，真是个unusual one 😅
