Poured a dram, lovely rosy amber colour, nose of wild strawberries and a hint of herbal tea, taste bursts with ultra-ripe strawberries, strawberry jam and a touch of honey, finishes long with a bit of clay and slate, maybe just a little bit too much for me 😅

Oh this one’s quite fun! 🍓 Strawberry totally takes the lead – ultra-ripe strawberries, strawberry jam, even that strawberry liqueur sweetness. Then cranberry syrup and dried raisins peek through. Got a hint of herbal tea with a whisper of hawthorn. That usual black pepper shows up later. Long finish with honey and strawberry yoghurt. Very nice indeed!

Blimey, this one’s a proper little treat 🍓 Pours a lovely rosy amber, looks warm right off the bat Strawberry takes the lead, 100% – you’ve got ultra-ripe strawberries, those wild strawberry sweets you used to buy as a kid, even a dab of strawberry yoghurt tang cutting through the sweet And honey folded through it all, so soft and mellow Then the depth kicks in: jam and liqueur, like strawberry jam left to bubble a bit too long on purpose, plus dried raisins and dried figs tucked in the back for that chewy, fruity vibe Faint notes of slate and clay at the very end keep it from gettin’ too cloying, plus a hint of herbal tea and a touch of hawthorn to cut the sugar just right You get that usual black pepper kick right at the finish too, wakes your whole mouth up Finish is long too, lingers with strawberry syrup and cranberry syrup tang for ages Truly it’s all about strawberry liqueur here, feels like the king of fruits is showin’ off a bit 😂 Very nice, quite fun, might be a tiny bit too much for some mates who don’t love sweet drams, but for me it’s super pleasant, perfect for a quiet evening tipple

Honestly, the strawberry really jumps out – it’s like the frontman of the whole show. A real king of fruits vibe, almost like a garden of jam and yoghurt rolled into one. The citrusy hints of hawthorn and a faint kiss of cranberry syrup add a bloom you didn’t expect. It lingers long enough to feel that sweet, almost creamy undertow before it settles, and I found myself nodding along, thinking of a picnic in May. Very nice, mate. 🍓🤩

Had a dram last night and honestly, it's all about strawberries right from the start 🍓 Wild strawberry, strawberry jam, even that strawberry syrup you'd get in a milkshake. Bit like strawberry yoghurt too, which was quite fun actually. There's some dried raisins and figs in there, a touch of cranberry syrup, maybe even a little hawthorn tang. And somewhere underneath, a faint hint of herbal tea and something earthy - clay, slate, that sort of thing. Quite pleasant on the whole. The strawberry jam and liqueur notes really do take the lead though. Maybe just a little bit too much for me if I'm being honest - felt like the fruit was a bit overwhelming at times, could've done with a bit more balance. Still, it's an interesting one. Long finish that keeps the strawberry thing going. Not bad for a weekend pour 🥃
