轻柔的金色，闻起来像加了少许蜜的白茶。第一感觉挺温和的，不是那种浓到炸的椰子或香草炸弹。有种谷物的底子，接着是常见的苹果味，还有一点点像奶冻的滑润感。背景里一直有点青草的气息，若隐若现的。收尾时能尝到一丝新木头的味道，不复杂，很家常。整体没啥花架子，就是款不错的Girvan风格。😊

Oh, this one’s quite pleasant to drink. It’s a light gold colour in the glass. The nose is gentle – a bit of apples, some fruit peelings, and a drizzle of honey. There’s a touch of fresh wood and a hint of autumn leaves, nothing overpowering. When sipped, it turns soft on the palate. Still very much in the grain camp but well balanced. Sweetened white tea, a few cherries, some regular apples, and notes of vanilla ice cream rather than a big coconut bomb. The body is medium, but feels rather light overall. It finishes sweet, still on herbal tea with honey, and a little blancmange. A very good one this time – nothing fancy, just a gentle, enjoyable dram. 🍂

Pours a light gold, mind you. Smells gentle—regular apples and a drizzle of honey right off. Taking a sip, it turns soft on the palate. Very well balanced, sweet but not too much, reminds me of herbal tea with honey on a quiet afternoon. There's oranges in brandy floating around, a hint of autumn leaves in the background, still slightly grassy. Medium body, nothing fancy, just really pleasant. A very good dram for a regular evening. 🍯

阳光不错的下午，倒了一杯浅金色的酒液。闻着是甜的，像成熟的苹果，还带着点白茶加了蜜的清甜。 喝起来挺柔和，有点橙子蜜饯和一两颗樱桃的果味，混在一起很舒服，没什么刺激感。当中好像尝到一丝香草冰淇淋，但绝不抢戏。 后段转向温和的草本茶调子，尾韵里蜂蜜的甜还在，木头的感触很轻。整体特别平衡，像在秋天的林子里散步，风里带点甜叶子的气息。 不浓烈，很顺，是那种想安静放松时喝的东西 🍂

今天开了瓶新的威士忌，第一口下去，嗯...挺gentle的。 像是温润的herbal tea with honey，没什么花哨的，但就是很顺口。 仔细品品，有点像咬了一口带皮的apple，清甜里带着fruit peelings的微微涩感。 口感medium，不算厚重，有点blancmange那种奶冻的软滑。 关键它不是那种香草椰子炸弹，反而在后段浮现出很克制的vanilla ice cream香气，最后带出几颗cherries的微酸。 整体感觉rather light and sweet，谷物底子很干净，收尾时逐渐turns soft，像夏日傍晚的微风。 适合放松时慢慢喝，一杯刚刚好 🍂
