Yoichi 12 Years Single Malt Whisky

Ah right, proper dram this one. Nose gets you with a sort of smoky 🔥 thing, maybe some apple or pear? A bit of caramel sweetness underneath. Taste is lovely—think honey 🍯, a bit of vanilla, and some woody, kinda spicy notes. There’s this choclately, nutty thing going on too. Quite rich, really. Mouthfeel is smooth, not too harsh. Finish lingers nicely, warm and gentle. Hints of dried fruit and a little malt. Overall, a proper comforting sipper for a cold evening. Really enjoyed the lovliness of it all. 🥃✨

Ahh, this one's got a proper peatie kick, kinda smokie too. Notes of apple and a bit of spice, I reckon. 🥃 Quite warming, innit? 👍
