Ooft, this one’s a right belter. Nose is all campfire peat and a wiff of sea spray, like driftwood smouldrin’ on a cold shore 🔥🌊. Get a bit of dark fruit hiding in there too – maybe stewed plums or dates. On the palatte, it’s thick and oily, coats the mouth proper. That peaty punch is front and centre, but there’s a sweet maltiness comes through, almost like honey on toasted brioche 🍯. Hints of vanilla pod and a wee crack of black pepper keep it lively. Finish is l-o-n-g and sleepy warm. Salty-sweet smoke just clings to the tongue, with a ghost of oak char. Cracking dram, that. Slàinte! 🥃

Ngl this one's proper lovely 🥃 First sip — bit of smoke, not too much like. Then you get this nice fruitiness, kinda like dried apples and a hint of citrus maybe? Oaky, yeah. But in a good way, not like chewing on furniture innit 😂 There's this warm sweetness at the back, honey-ish. And a tiny bit of spice, like ginger or summat. Smooth going down 👌 Not too peaty, which I appreciate. More of a balanced dram y'know?

Right, this one's got a proper smoky kick 🔥, like a bonfire on the beach. Tastes of toasted oats and dark honey, with a hint of vanilla custard. Slightly dry, with a long, warm finish that just lingers. A lovely, easy sipper. 🥃
