Knockando The Un-Chillfiltered Collection 2007 12 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right so, tried this earlier 🥃. Smoke hit me straight away, proper strong 🔥. Then it goes sweet, like honey or somthin. Warms yer chest nice. Finish is long, makes you wanna sit quiet. Definately one for a rainy eve tho. Might of had too much 😅. Proper lovely stuff.

Kinda like a bonfire on a chilly autumn evening, y'know? 🔥 Getting some lovely honey and vanilla notes comin through after. Sweet but not too sweet, like a proper good toffee. The finish tho... it's got this nice dry, woody thing going on. Lingers for ages. Got that classic oak charachter with a bit of cinnamon spice 🌶️ Honestly, it's one of them whiskys where you just want to sit back in your favourite armchair and savour it slowly. Really warming, proper comforting stuff for a cold british nite. Not too complex but defintly moreish 👍

First sip is all pepperry and bold, but then it mellows out into something sweeter, like honey or toffee. There's a nice, smoky linger at the end, like a distant bonfire. Goes down quite smooth, actually. Would be perfect for a chilly evening. 🥃
