Right then, this bottle's alright eh? 🥃 Smellz upfront're like dried apricots an' a hint o' peat. Mouthfeel's creamy, bit like custard 💫. Goes down smooth but leaves a mild sting on the tongue. Finish's got that woody char, keeps things interesting. Maybe a tad sweet near the end but no harm done. Perfect dram fer a rainy Sunday afternoon 🌧️. Reckon Ill pop the cork again soon 👍.
