Miltonduff 2008 12 Years Single Malt Whisky

Ooh, this whisky's got a real smoky vibe, kinda like bonfires on a rainy night. Sweet bits of honey and a bit o' spiciness too. Finish is smooth, lingers nicely. 😊 Maybe a hint of toffee? The nose is strong but pleasant. I'd say it's a good sipper for a cozy evening. 👍

Alright, right. Tasted this one neat. First sip, gotta say, the nose is **proper** smoky 🔥, bit of leather, like an old bookshop. Then you get this **kinda** sweet thing, caramel, toffee. On the tongue, it’s **s’mooth**, really **creamy** texture 🧈. Spicy bits come through, cinnamon maybe? And that smoke carries right through. Finish is **dead** long, drying, with a hint of dark chocolate and dried fruit 🍫. A **lovely** warming feeling. All in all, a **solid** whisky. **Smoky bits** and **sweet bits** balance **quite** well. Not too harsh. **S’okay** by me 👍.
