Poured this one over ice, kinda curious. It's super light – maybe too light? Like, easy to drink but also a bit... bland? There's a faint sweetness, maybe like muesli or something cereal-ish, and a touch of white wine. Not getting any big yeasty or burnt wood notes, which is nice, but it doesn't really grab you. Slightly mineral, a bit grassy. Honestly, it’s pleasant enough for a casual sip on a sunny afternoon – totally undemanding – but the finish is basically nonexistent. Did they forget the caramel? 😅 Just sits there, very shy, doesn't say much. Could chug it, but why would you?
