The colour’s this lovely straw, sort of pale gold, and when you nose it, there’s a real herbal thing going on – sweet woodruff and Waldmeister syrup dancing with elderflowers and a whisper of dill. It’s got that verveine kick, a bit mentholy, like sipping herbal teas in a garden. The taste opens with green fruits – think gooseberries and preserved greengages – but then it shifts, fruitier and grassier, almost tropical with a hint of coconut oil. There’s apple liqueur and manzana sweetness, but also this sharp rhubarb tarte edge, and under it all, a touch of liquorice and absinth. Oak lingers in the finish, medium-length, with a faint aniseed warmth and a bit of caraway spice. It’s got a medium finish, not too heavy, and that aftertaste... it’s like a tropical breeze with a twist of avocado juice and white chocolate. Distilled just after longer fermentations, it’s got a proper depth – lovely stuff. 🥃

First sip’s got that fresh green apple zing, like biting into a crisp manzana straight off the tree 🍏 Then it mellows into something almost tropical, coconut whispers and a hint of white chocolate melting on the tongue. The aniseed’s there, but not in-your-face—more like a whisper of absinth dancing with caraway, giving it that herbal lift. A touch of menthol coolness lingers, like sucking on a mint leaf after a long walk. The finish’s light but lovely, with a whisper of preserved greengages and pepper playing hide-and-seek at the back. 下午开的这瓶，颜色是淡淡的稻草黄，看着就很清爽 😊 闻起来呀，先是明显的草本气息，有点像洋甘菊花草茶，夹杂着茴香和一点点柑橘。深吸一口，甜木头和淡淡的椰子油香慢慢浮现，还有些青苹果和醋栗的酸甜。 抿一口，舌尖先感受到白巧克力般的甜润和椰子香，接着茴香籽和莳萝的风味就出来了，很活泼。中段能尝到像大黄挞一样的酸甜，还有梨子利口酒的感觉。整体偏轻盈，但香料感（比如一点黑胡椒和葛缕子）让层次很丰富。 余味中等长度，留在嘴里的是香草、一点点甘草和清爽的草本回味，像喝完一杯好喝的香茅茶。很有意思的一支，越喝越顺 🍃
