Whiskyspace Notes 1449

Poured a glass tonight – the nose is almost perfect, with candle wax and light honey, leafy and herbal hints. On the sip, it's drier and simpler, fresh walnuts and tea-ish notes, toasted bread pops up, a mild smokiness that gets obvious. Orange cake sweetness is there, but lacks depth and fruits. Very well composed, gold colour, very nice overall, just not in the same league anymore. 😊

Quite nice on the nose, almost perfect I'd say, though it's a bit lacking in depth and fruit. I get these whiffs of hot toasts and a little corn syrup, which is interesting. On the palate, it's very well composed. Fresh walnuts, some candle wax, and obvious smokiness hit first. Then comes a leafy, herbal character, mixed with vanilla fudge and those tea-ish notes. It's a tad weakish for my liking, a bit lighter than I expected. It's enjoyable enough, a good dram, but honestly, it's nice but not in the same league anymore. 😊

Quite enjoy this one – very well composed nose, almost perfect actually. Get butterscotch and light honey upfront, kinda simpler than expected but in a nice way. 🥃 A tad dry on the palate, with whiffs of hot toasts and a touch of candle wax. Reminds me of orange cake and toasted bread, with mild smokiness lingering. Some herbs and tea-ish notes too. Finish is short and rather thin though, not the same league as the nose. Weakish vanilla fudge and corn syrup come through, a bit drier. Fresh walnuts sneak in at the end. Nice but won’t knock your socks off. 😉

Furst sip... mmm, that's a wickd combo! Spicy cinnamon stings a bit, then hits ya with smooth honey sweetness. Like a warm hug, init? Finish is lonnng... gettin' some soft vanilla notes creepin' in. Maybe a touch of oak? 👌 Easy drinkin' but got some proper depth. Fancied another dram already! 🥃

Well, first off, the aroma's got this lovely smokey vibe with a dash of honey – real inviting like 🥃. Taste-wise, it's smooth as, with some fruity bits, kinda apple-ish, and a subtle vanilla touch. The finish brings a spicy warmth that sticks around. Absolutely smashing for a chill evening! 😊🔥
