Deep gold in the glass, really cosy stuff. I get loads of coffee, molasses and soft old PX sherry, then it goes all molten chocolate, plum liqueur and figgy sweetness. There’s a wee bit of orange marmalade and damson tart too, with a dark rummy feel, like very old Guyana rum. Proper after-dinner dram vibes 😊
