Right, poured a neat one tonight 🥃. Nose is lovely, zesty like lemmon 🍋. Taste hits ya with spice, black peppr maybe? 🌶️ Got that woody oak feel too 🪵. Finish is long n smoky, warms ya up 🔥. Defintly good for a rainy eveing. Cheers mate 🍻.

Ooh this is nice 👌 First hit is kinda **smoky** but not too heavy, more like a campfire in the distance y'know? Then there's this lovely **honey** sweetness coming through 🍯 Getting some **vanilla** and **toffee** vibes in the middle, very warming. Bit of **dark fruit** too - plums maybe? 🍇 The finish is long and **spicy**, leaves a nice tingle. Oaky woodiness lingers for ages. Deffo got that **earthy** quality as well, like walking through a forest after rain 🌧️ Overall quite complex init - sweet, smoky, fruity all at once. Proper winter warmer this one 🔥 Would pair nicely with a bit of dark chocolate me thinks 🍫

Just had a sip. Wow. 🤯 Nose: First thing is this lovely whiff of smoke, like a distant bonfire. Then some sweet apple comes through. Quite nice, really. Palate: Oh, that's rich. A bit of spicy cinnamon, some toffee... and is that a hint of dark chocolate? 🍫 Very warming, goes down smoothly. Finish: Lingers nicely. A gentle sweetness stays, almost like dried fruit. Really satisfying. Overall, a proper treat. Cheers! 🥃

Alright, so had a dram last nite and here's my thoguhts 🥃 Nose: First thing I get is this lovely warm vanilla, bit of toffee maybe? Then there's somethin smoky lurking in the bakground, not too aggressive like. Palate: Ohhh right, now we're talkin. Gettin some nice heather honey vibes, bit of dried fruit - raisins and that. There's a subtle spicyness, think cinnamon toast kinda thing 🍞 Finish: Medium lenght, really smooth actually. Leaves ya with this pleasant oaky sweetness and just a whisper of peat. Quite moreish honestly. Proper good stuff for a chilly evenin innit 🌧️ Would defs have another glass like. The balance is spot on imo - not too sweet, not too smoky, just right 👌

Oh wow, this one's a bit of a wild ride 🤠 First sip is like a kick of smoky peat, really hits ya 👃 Then... it kinda mellows out? Getting some honey and dried fruit vibes, maybe a bit of spice. Mouthfeel's quite creamy, not too harsh 👍 Leaves a nice warm glow afterwards. Cheers mate! 🥃
