Right then, settled in with a proper dram tonight 🥃. First sniff... lovely stuff. Honey, maybe some pear 🍐. Reminds me of autumn evenings. On the tongue, it's smooth. Warms you right up inside. Definatly a bit of vanilla too. Finish is long and comforting. Makes you wanna just sit there and think 🔥. Proper good this one. Reckon I'll pour another.

Ooh this is a proper nice one! 🥃 Nose: Getting loads of honey and vanilla straight away, bit of citrus peel in there too, maybe some toffee? Quite sweet and inviting honestly. Palate: Rich and creamy, buttery almost. Getting some dried fruit, cinnamon spice, woody notes coming through. There's a subtle smokiness there, not overwhelming like. Finish: Long and warming, oak and gentle spice lingering. Bit of dark chocolate at the end, very smooth. Overall a lovely dram, quite complex but not trying too hard.
