Linkwood 2000 14 Years Single Malt Whisky

Alright, so this one's got quite a nice nose on it — honey and vanilla, maybe a bit of toffee too 🍯 First sip, you get that lovely malty sweetness, then some dried fruit kicks in. Quite warming going down, bit of spice there but nothing OTT. Finnish is smooth, maybe some subtle peat smoke in the background, not too heavy though. You can defo taste the sherry cask influence if you ask me 👍 Proper good dram for a cold evening, that. Would defo have another glass or two 🥃 Not too complex but that's fine, sometimes you just want somethin nice and easy ya know?
