Quite a soft, golden little dram, really. I get bitter orange, ripe gooseberries and a sort of mulled white wine warmth, with gentle spices and a peppery bread thing going on. It’s pretty acceptable, maybe a tad thin, but fruitier than I expected and easy enough to sip of an evening 🙂
