The Scotch Malt Whisky Society 2011 3 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, grabbed a glass of this after work 🥃. Lovely amber colur in the glass. Smell is proper nice, honey and maybe some oak? Hard to say exactley. First sip... warm going down. Bit of spice, like pepper 🌶️. Not too smoky but you can feel it in the back of the throught. Finish lasts quite a while, leaves you wanting another drop. Definetly worth it for a cosy night in. Smoky... maybe a bit of apple? Goes down smooth, that's for sure. Cinnamon hits ya, then charcoal. Lovely.

Ooh right so first impression? Def gettig some smokiness innit 🤔 Then there's this lovely swetness, kinda like honey and vanilla mixed together. Reminds me of toffe a bit. Also geting some dried fuit notes? maybe figs or sultanas sumthing like that. Nose is quite complex tbf 👃 lil bit of peat in there aswell Mouthfeel is proper nice and creamy. Finish hangs around for a bit which I quite like. Honestly? This is decent stuff. Nothing too crazy but solid 👍

The finish is proper long. 🌶️ Got this oakiness and a gentle smokiness, like a distant bonfire. Luvley stuff. It’s got that classic, warm, hug-in-a-glass feel. Perfect for a rainy afternoon.

Oh, this one's got a lovely smoky kick, with hints of fruit and honey. Quite enjoyable! 👍 First sip, you get the peat, then a sweetness comes through. Really smooth on the palate. 🥃 A bit spicy too, but well-balanced. Love it! 😊

This dram's got a right smoky start, like a bonfire on a chilly nite. 🌲🔥 Then it smooths out with some sweet vanilla and a bit of dried fruit – quite morish! The finish lingers, kinda warm and spicy, maybe a hint of dark chocolate. Really good for a nightcap. 👍😊 Sometimes it's a bit peatier than expecetd, but that just adds to the charactor. Love it!

Nose hits ya straight away — big waft of smoke an vanilla, bit of dried fruit in there too 🍂 Tastes proper rich, like dark honey an a bit of butterscotch. Oaky warmth comin through at the back, very smooth realy. Little bit of spice kick at the end, maybe cinnamon? Gentle peaty linger that just... stays there. 😌 Got that classic malt sweetness mixed wif some leather an dark chocolate notes. Quite the dram tbh. Finish is long an warm, like sittin by a fire on a cold nite 🔥 Wud defo reach for this one again on a rainy evenin.
