I’m getting some sweet dried fruits, like raisins and a bit of candied orange peel. There’s a lovely backbone of vanilla and some gentle, sweet spice – cinnamon maybe? 🍯 It finishes long and smooth, with a bit of that oak coming through and a whisper of something nutty. Really moreish. 💨 The swetness is there but it’s not cloying. Just a really well-balanced, pleasent dram. Would definetly have another. Sláinte! 🥃

First sip and oh wow, the smoke hits you straight away 🫠 Like a proper campfire sorta vibe but not too harsh like Theres this lovely honey sweetness underneath, really smooth an mellow. The mouthfeel is proper creamy, coats the tongue nicely. Hints of dark chocolate and dried fruit coming thru as it opens up a bit 🤎 Honestly its one of them whiskies that just warms you from the inside out.
