First sip hits with some mango lassi vibe, kinda chalky but nice. 🥭 Really fruity upfront, then this weirdly good goat cheese with lemon thing happens. Not what I expected at all. There’s a peppery kick, and some olive oil slickness too. Very “them”, you know? Toasty honey notes come through, a bit of white wine and chai tea in the background. Finishes long, with minerals and grassy bits. Oddly enough, it’s pretty unusual but rather good! If you spot a bottle, worth trying for sure. 👍
