On the palate it's dead smooth, none o' that burn. Caramelly sweetness rolls in first, then some dried apricots an' a cheeky spice—cinnamon or nutmeg, summat like that 🌿. Tiny whisp of peat smoke at the back, barely there but gives it a lovely depth. Finish is long an' warming, leaves ya wi a gentle prickle an' that oaty, biscuity note.
