Amber in the glass, then wham! Proper odd one — bitter herbs, ginger, coffee, prunes and raisins, but also rubber, plastic and pencil shavings. Gets me thinking of aspirin dissolved in water, with a meaty ham and beef jerky edge. Quite weird leather and green oak too. Not an easy dram, honestly. Very long, very bitter, and a bit mad 😅

Right, had a dram last nite 🥃. Nose is proper smokey, hint of honey 🍯. Taste warms the chest straight away. Bit of oak and salt on the tongue. Finish is long, definetly leaves a mark. Smooth tho, no harsh burn. Proper lovely stuff for a rainy eve. Would pour again 🤞. Cheers mates 🍻.
