Lovely lemon-gold sort of dram, really fresh and easygoing. I get ripe apples, yellow peaches, a bit of beeswax, then something like warm croissants from the bakery 🥐 There’s a tiny bitter edge and a touch of green wood, but it actually adds a nice bit of depth. Finishes with peach skin and soft citrus, quite pleasant really.
