Quite a golden, waxy dram for me. I get beeswax, lemon oil and white flowers first, then a leafy green thing with green apple peel and a bit of grassy olive oil. After a sip it turns nicely spicy, like white pepper, mustard seed and a wee bit of Moroccan spice. There’s toasted sourdough, malt loaf with butter, porridge oats, and a dry chalky edge that lingers. Cosy but still fresh 🙂
