Took a sip and it’s this pale gold dram, looks quite decent. The nose is all wild flowers and a bit of banana liqueur, maybe some grassy notes too. On the tongue, it’s got these creamy fruits – think plums, pears, ripe apples – with a hint of watermelon and pineapple drops. There’s a touch of cinnamon and honey, not too heavy, just enough to keep things interesting. The finish is quite long, honestly, with this earthy clay and hay thing lingering. It’s not blowing my mind, but there’s something very good in its averageness, you know? Easy to drink, nothing too flashy. 🥃
