Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right, just poured a dram. 🥃 Colur is proper gold. Nose is sweet, hint of vanila and oak? Taste warms the chest, bit of spice too. Finish lingers nicely, quite smooth. It's definately a keeper. Makes me feel cosy on this rainy eveing. ☔️ Good stuff. 🍻

Right then... 🥃 First thing I get is this lovely honey sweetness, proper smooth like. Then there's a bit of vanilla creeping in, maybe some caramel too - quite moorish honestly. Bit of apple and citrus notes poppin' through, keeps it fresh innit. 🍯 The oak comes in later, sorta woody and warm. Got a gentle smoke goin on in the background, not overpowerin or nothin, just... there. Finish is nice and long, bit of spice and maybe a touch of chocolate? Can't quite tell but it's lovely. A good dram for a quiet evenin that's for sure 👌

Hhmm... oak and honey, right? 🤔 That familiar warmth... like sitting by a fireplace on a cold night. Oof! A bit of smoke, but not too heavy... maybe like distant campfire? Then some toffee sweetness creeps in. 🍬 Oh wait - is there apple? 🍎 Or pear? Can't quite tell... but it's lovely. Finish is long... makes my mouth water a bit. Perfect for after dinner, innit? 🥃✨

This whisky's got a real nice aroma – kinda like vanilla and a bit o' wood 🥃 Tastes smooth, with a spicy kick that warms ye up 👌 Finish is long and a bit fruity, love it! 😊 Oh, and the colour's gorgeous, deep amber like sunset 🌅
