Signatory Vintage 2007 8 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right then, just had a wee dram of this 🥃. Nose is lovly, sweet like honey and vanila🍯. Got a hint of smoke too, not too strong. Taste is warm, realy smoth going down. Flavours of dried fruit and oak 🍎🪵. Finish is long-ish, leaves a spicy kick. Proper nice for a rainy evening innit. Makes you feel cosy inside 🔥. Definetly worth a try.

Aight so here's wot I get from this one: Rich caramel an' toffee on the nose, bit of apple peel underneath. 🍎 First sip is proper spicy, like cinnamon sticks, but then it mellows wiv dark chocolate an' a touch of orange peel. 🍫 Finish is long an' warm, a bit smoky like a campfire. Lovely stuff. 🔥

Ooh this is a really lovely whisky 👍 The nose is all honeycomb and dark chocolate malt... kinda rich and inviting. On the palate, it's got this spicy butterscotch kick, but it's balanced.
