Bit coastal straight away, like a chilly walk by the pier with a wee whiff of crabs and smoke in the air 🌊 It’s lighter than I expected, with citrus first, then smoked green apples, banana and pineapple pushing back through the peat. There’s even a funny fresh paint and anti-rust shed sort of thing, but it works. Finishes long, smoky, and a bit like a garden bonfire after rain.
