Bit of a strange one, honestly. I get salty sourdough, brown ale, sunflower seeds and that old dry sherry thing, then it turns all leathery and herbal, like Underberg with a splash of Maggi. Quite dry, a bit bitter, oily too, with odd flashes of cabbage, leek soup and old banknotes. Long finish, tough but weirdly moreish 😅
